Launch of GRI’s New Enterprise Risk Management Framework Program

November 16, 2016 @ 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

New Educational Program and workshop series

Join us September 29th for the official launch of Global Risk Institute's new ERM Framework Program.
This event will highlight the program offering and provide an overview of the 7 components to be covered in a series of seminars this fall.

Most organizations today utilize some form of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework that describes their approach to identifying, analyzing, responding to, and monitoring risks and opportunities to both internal and external environment. These frameworks effectively act as a “Roadmap” for navigating the myriad of risk/return trade-offs that organization face in the pursuit of their business objectives and goals.

Global Risk Institute is launching an initiative to contribute to this important ERM practice area through the development of a comprehensive ERM framework program.

The accompanying educational program will review and leverage the extensive body of knowledge on ERM best practices and offer insights to better understand and execute the key activities in the ERM cycle. Tailored to the specific needs of the financial sector, this program will highlight the significant relationships between business strategy and ERM process, thereby supporting organization’s in their ongoing efforts to achieve business objectives through effective management of their overall risk taking capacity.
