The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) published its Draft Guideline B-15 Climate Risk Management (B-15). It sets out OSFI’s expectations related to the management of climate-related risks for federally regulated financial institutions (FRFIs) and covers governance, risk management, and disclosures. Public consultation on B-15 closed on September 30, 2022. GRI submitted comments based on its extensive experience in climate risk management and sustainability reporting.
