Richard is an Adjunct Professor at the Rotman School of Management of the University of Toronto and chair of the Advisory Board of the Mind Brain Behaviour Hive at the same University. Richard was COO, CIBC until his retirement in 2014 where he was responsible for the global operations of Wholesale Banking, Technology, and Operations, Strategy and Corporate Development, and CIBC’s International Operations. From 2004 – 2008 Richard was Chief Executive Officer of TSX Group.
