Supporting the International Risk Community: Global Risk Institute Sponsors Series in France

Extending our support to the international risk community, GRI is sponsoring a conference semester at the Institut Henri Poincaré in France. The theme of the conference semester is Commodity Derivatives Markets: Industrial Organization, Regulation, and Financialization, and includes events in France and Italy from March to November.
The first event of the semester is the opening conference on 26-27 March in Paris, France. This conference will aim to identify new and unsolved research questions on commodity derivatives markets. Following the opening conference, there will be a series of seminars in April, May and October also held in Paris. From July 12 to 18 in Florence, Italy, there will be a special summer school for junior researchers and PhD students. GRI’s Rémy Lambinet from the Research team will present at the summer school. The closing conference will take place on November 6 in Paris, France.
GRI is pleased to support this eight month conference semester as it brings together international researchers and practitioners to examine emerging issues in commodity derivatives markets. Visit theconference website for more details.
